Episode Synopsis

Why is it important to open ourselves up if we’re silently struggling, not as happy or bubbly as we seem to be on the outside, or aren’t seeing the results we want? And how do we peel back a layer to go a little deeper within ourselves to figure out what’s really going on?In my confidence program, Unstoppable, I compare it to looking under the hood of a car. If a warning light or engine light comes on while you’re driving, are you going to just keep going and never check it? No, at some point, you’re going to pull over and pop the hood. You’re going to dig a little deeper. Are there disempowering beliefs we’re believing? Are we forcing ourselves in different directions bc of the pressure we feel? Is it effects from unrecognized trauma? Have you gotten so caught up in thinking that you should make a to do list everyday the same way Brendon Bruchard does it? Or do you feel like you should keep spending time with someone because you want it to work out? Big or small, these shoulds really get us in a chokehold. Let's say you do open yourself up, which my guest, Jen and I go into what this looks like on this episode, then what do you do next? Where do you go from there? How do you go from struggling to thriving, feeling as good on the inside as it looks on the outside, and be satisfied with where we are even if we aren’t seeing the results we want? What action steps can you take? Because you’re in control here, sister! You really do. It may not feel like it sometimes. Life may feel harder than you’d like. It may be a constant cycle of trying, failing, picking yourself back up, trying, failing, and around you go. I assure you: your power is stopping that cycle! It’s putting on the brakes and saying, “no more. This isn’t fun and I’m going to do it differently!” Take a listen to this episode! You’re going to get some really great value out of it! And if you’re looking for greater support in this area, I got you, girl! Yes! These are the exact things we deal with inside of Unstoppable, my confidence program dedicated to empowering and equipping driven women to feel deeply confident in who they are and what they’re called to do.
