Matthew 2:1-18 - Post-Advent


It's still Christmas (kind of)! We discuss the turbulence of the first years of Jesus' life, and his nearness to the displaced and endangered persons in the world; Nate Huizinga encourages us to pray for such as these, the persecuted Church, and to be grateful for our own situation.


Discussion Questions:

(Icebreaker) How many times have you moved?
When in your life have you felt closest to God?
Pray for our brothers and sisters experiencing persecution, and for everyone impacted by war.
What are you thankful for? Take time to thank God for his goodness to us.
