Bob Martin has over 35 years’ experience in the Petrochemical industry, and worked in a diverse range of business operational environments before establishing a specialism in security. He brought with him a range of skills, for example on strategy development, integration, management systems, data management and crucially the importance of the ‘value add’ proposition and the need to show a profit.
