In this motivational episode, I talk with international sports therapist John Baker.
John is a former royal engineer in the British Army and after leaving the army he trained to become a sports therapist and a soft tissue expert.
He now works internationally for the famous Iron Man events and elite sports teams, such as the British Bobsleigh team, Argentinian Rugby Team and the Jacksonville Jaguars which is an American football team, amongst many other leading sports teams around the world.

John shares his motivation for life and talks about how achieving his own personal goals come through discipline and a positive mindset and this is something that he passes on to his clients through his work. It is a testimony that with determination and hard work, without losing sight of your goals, you can achieve anything if you put your whole being into realising your aspirations.
