In January 2022, the U.S. enacted legislation supporting our industry’s ability to sponsor more diverse, equitable, and inclusive clinical trials via the Clinical Treatment Act. This law aims to create equal and increased access to clinical trials for more than 76 million Americans enrolled in Medicaid.
