Listen "In conversation with Andrew Stirling, Upper Dysart Larder"
Episode Synopsis
Andrew Stirling grows, washes and peels potatoes and vegetables. He works in partnership with his wife, Anita, and their four children. Historically the business supplied hospitals and schools, and now supplies national and independent retailers with diced and part-cooked veg, and their new line in mashed potatoes – with a range of ingredients, including chorizo, cheese, and black pudding. In this brutally honest conversation, Andrew shares how he feels about the future, his advice for family businesses, and what he values about the Rural Leadership Network. Podcast host: Jane Craigie
