Episode Synopsis

In the second hour, Mark Grote was joined by USA Today columnist Bob Nightengale to discuss the state of the Cubs and White Sox at the halfway mark of the 2024 season. Later, Grote listened to Bulls executive vice president of basketball operations Arturas Karnisovas' comments Wednesday in which he addressed the team's direction and how 6-foot-10 forward Matas Buzelis fits the roster. Chicago selected Buzelis at No. 11 overall in the NBA Draft.
