Health week. We focus on one activity every day and report in the group.
Monday focus on Food. Tuesday focuses on Meditation. Wednesday focuses on Lifestyle/hobby/book.

Thursday we focus on Positive thinking. Friday focuses on Gratitude. Thank others.
Saturday on Breathing exercises. Sunday on Yogasana.

Doing Fast once every month. Why?
What is Juice-Feasting? Only Liquid
E.g. Green smoothie

What food do you recommend?
Include dry fruit. Soak overnight in water. Pickle and Papad are good in small quantities.
No water No electronics during eating.

What about Veg - Non-Veg?
No animal-based food. Eat plant-based food.

Any specific tips for diabetics or to prevent diabetes?
OKRA is now called a superfood.
Slit two Okra, soak it overnight. Bhendi is a common Ayurvedic food that is being used to help lower blood sugar levels and control different types of diabetes. Drinking okra water in the morning on an empty stomach helps improve blood sugar control.

Okra is fast gaining a reputation as a so-called 'superfood' for people with or at risk of diabetes or cancer. Commonly referred to as ladyfingers, or by its biological names Abelmoschus esculentus and Hibiscus esculentus, okra is known to have a positive effect on blood sugar control, among many other health benefits.

No Potato. Instead eat Raw Banana, Kaccha Kela

By doing Anupreksha Dhyan. Using the contemplation technique will help you to achieve your goal. This normally no dietitian will tell you! By doing this kind of meditation you are using your subconscious mind power that will help stop the cravings.
