Change in any capacity is difficult - to think about, to experience suddenly, to begin on our own - in so many ways. As the new year arrives many of us are striving to make resolutions. In this episode Todd a & Pete discuss how the default for humans is comfort or doing just enough to remain comfortable - yet that makes the process of realizing our potential (and beyond) difficult to navigate.
Here, the guys discuss their perspectives on this topic, what they have discovered to work well for them personally and in environments where they find themselves. All humans struggle and fail, it's how we learn, sharing ideas with others who are interested helps us all move more efficiently through some common challenges that we hope you may find useful and can be found within.
