Additionally, David Randles, executive director of government relations, education policy, and research at Oakland Schools, discusses Michigan’s education budget and its allocation to K-12 education. Also, Dr. Judy Pritchett, a member of the Michigan State Board of Education, talks about the history of summer breaks and potential changes to better fit modern needs.
