How do you deal with your "Monster"? Barry does it with speed, which is hard when the gigantic monster turns out to be a hologram. Julian Albert has a monster too, but it's his hatred of metahumans and people that don't follow the rules. Maybe when Barry shadows him for awhile, they can become friends and understand each other a little. Caitlin deals with the very cold monster growing inside her and hopes that good ol' Mom can give her a little comfort and affection.
