Debbie currently serves as Full Professor in Kinesiology and Associate Dean of Research and Health Sciences in the Harris College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Texas Christian University. She also is the Project Creator and Director of LiiNK (Let’s Inspire Innovation ‘N Kids). LiiNK and other researchers have shown that children who engage in more physical activity and play and more quality academic content daily will do better academically than children who are sedentary, less creative and active, and pressured with more quantity academic content daily.
