And to get you thinking, Molly closes with this… Are we perceiving diversity as a zero sum game? Have we backed ourselves into a “win-lose” mindset? Is one group able to speak up, but another group feels shut down? Encourage all to look in the mirror and consider how we, inadvertently, may be part of the problem, as well as ways we are part of the solution (47:10).
