Hey there... yeah you... the one comparing yourself to those on social media and those around you. Stop doing that!! It's graduation season and I too am a victim of comparison, you are not alone. It's the very thing that inspired this episode slash roller coaster of thoughts. It can be discouraging when you see those around you achieving the goals you set for yourself, HOWEVER, it is important to remember that the route from point A to point B aka where you are right now to your goals, is not linear! I am talking ups, downs, circles, hard stops, false starts, I mean the whole thing. If it was easy, everyone would do it right? Let's practice patience and kindness to not only the world around us but to OURSELVES. I am so proud of you and how far you've come. Keep going. Save the bees. Spice up that pre-made Alfredo.
