When I was a kid I was full of worries all the time about everything. At one point I convinced myself that I had cancer and was afraid to tell anybody. As adults we often get caught up in worrying and the problem is, what we worry about are usually imagined things that MIGHT happen in the future. It zaps us of our energy and productivity, and takes us out of living in the present. So today I am passing along some tips to help reduce worry and anxiety so we can be focused and motivated to pursue life right here, right now.
