In this episode, I take you on a personal journey through my life. I share intimate moments about the domestic abuse traumas that started with my childhood, continued through foster care, and into my adult life. I revisit the unproductive relationships that took my life down a path where I felt so unsafe, unprotected, and out of control! Those pivotal moments allowed me to harness my inner” girl power” to establish my life direction. This led me to take the necessary steps to get my life back and on the path to success and most importantly…a peaceful place! If I can do it, so can you!
