It's Halloween and the moon is full (a "Blue Moon'), a very rare occasion. Wincharm is having its annual Halloweenfest (and they love to party!) All kinds of costumed creatures are signing up for the  Halloween Costume Contest, who will Jeremy and Gab announce as the big winner? Lots of moving parts tonight : the wolfmen are in town and  on the prowl, the witches, on the edge of town, are getting ready for their conjuring, and Vince is going to Blackhill mountain to take Duncan to the party.
