Episode Synopsis

Lipomas are benign tumors of adipose tissue or fat. They are often subcutaneous in nature but vary in size and location. Atypical Lipomatous tumors also known as well differentiated liposarcomas are tumors of fat with low metastatic and malignant potential. Atypical lipomatous tumor and lipomas as part of a spectrum of fatty tumors. Their presentation, management and treatments are reviewed in this episode.
