Here is something that creates issues when home buyers are looking at homes. What their agent chooses to say and not to say. If their agent is trying to get them to buy a home, even when their agent see's that the home has some disfunction, that is a problem.That is something that bothers me a lot. In fact, when I'm showing real estate to my home buyers, I find that they really appreciate when I point out things to them that are wrong with the home. That is what my job is.
