Sammon's favourite show returns 'The Championship Penitentiary'. Josh Heggie and his Falkirk side have been promoted to the main podcast and in his place drops Cal to talk all things St. Johnstone. With the window still open, the Championship boys have made some other new signings, with Enzo one of those to give his expertise on Queen's Park. The boys are right back to it with a bumper episode as they look ahead to title challenges, relegations and of course, Morton finishing 6th.
