Listen "Dr. Major Jemison - Peacemaking and Race Relations"
Episode Synopsis
Dr. Major Jemison grew up in Birmingham, Alabama during the Civil Right Movement. We found the history he shares, and his insight to be amazing. As we celebrate Black History Month, we wanted to take time to sit down and learn not only more about Black History, but also talk to someone who has made history in our community. Dr. Major Jemison is one of the greatest peacemakers in our community. His work as the Senior Pastor of St. John Missionary Baptist Church continues to make an incredible impact. This is a conversation about how hope leads us to become peacemakers.
