Time to go back to the good old days of hiking from Georgia to Maine on the Appalachian Trail.  In 2012 I set out on my first big adventure to Thru-hike the AT.  In this show I talk about what the trails is and why I went, how I got there and some of the things I took.  The plan is to do a podcast about each state and hopefully inspire a few people to get out in the woods and have some fun.
