Now in her 44th year of practice, Roberta’s works with her son and partner, Attorney Daniel J. Wilson. Roberta’s office is located in Rancho Bernardo in the City of San Diego, CA, Ms. Robinson helps clients to establish living trusts, wills, financial powers of attorney and advance health care directives. Roberta helps clients avoid conservatorships and probate, minimize estate/income/and property taxes, and transfer assets to their heirs.
