Of course we focus on the digital product, but if you think about this with an aging society or Covid-19, you see that UX UI is just everywhere.” (11:27) (Jan)“When we launched our product, we validated this by just launching in the market. As I said, it was a failure. We learned a lot. We had some assumptions about the business model and the users’ behavior and the app. And then you integrate analytics and you launch and you see that they behave in a completely different way. I think that’s the best validation you can have is just launching a product.” (13:15) (Jan)“Software development is a very complex process, and the developers might see the features differently once you explain them. So, just make sure they get it right.” (29:31) (Jan)“In the end, it’s a people’s business. The company is a service provider, so we work on how our clients want us to work. So communication and being transparent with goals - not only development goals, but business goals - I think that’s very very important.” (33:32) (Jan)“I think the best advice I have received is that business is a roller coaster. You will have ups and downs and you will just have to get used to that.” (39:06) (Jan)Guest ResourcesJan’s LinkedIn – https://www.linkedin.com/in/-jan-kaminski/?originalSubdomain=plApplover – https://applover.com/Applover Facebook –
