David Swiggs is running for the United Australia Party for the seat of Barker.


The Lower South-East local grew up on a small sheep and cattle grazing property near a little rural town called Kalangadoo. 


He also spent 10 years in retail, commercial and agribusiness banking prior to his current role in land development and subdivision.



He joins Jennie Lenman in her series of discussions with Mayo and Barker candidates to talk about his philosophies and concerns surrounding Australia's freedoms and liberties during the pandemic.
