It is easy for you to say is a rambling of sorts after I'd seen a video promoting positive mental health. Nothing against these, just that sometimes it might be easy for people to say. To smile, to cheer up to be okay with yourself.
Would it make it harder for one to feel related when someone who is aesthetically pleasing says "be okay with how you look like" vs someone who is less or even a plus size model to say it? It felt like it may be easy for some to make some statement yet it is also another thing when it is being bought across. Why are some being more accepting of messages if someone who is more pleasing to the eyes is the ones who deliver it towards someone who is not?
