💁🏻 Concept: Self-Attesting
Self-attesting means the Bible carries its own divine authority, proving itself to be God’s Word. Through the Holy Spirit, it convinces hearts of its truth (2 Timothy 3:16). The fulfillment of countless prophecies—such as Christ’s birth, death, and resurrection—confirms its reliability. Scripture’s authority rests not on human approval but on God’s sovereign revelation, making it the final and infallible rule for faith and life.

(Isaiah 53, Psalm 22, John 16:13–14; Psalm 19:7–11; Hebrews 4:12)

Heavenly Father, thank You for giving us Your Word that gives us assurance and confidence. Guard my heart and mind against every temptation that seeks to lead me away from You. Those are sweet lies meant to destroy me. Please, strengthen me by Your Spirit to stand firm in Your truth and stay loyal to Christ at all times. You are my shield, my guide, and my source of strength. Let me walk according to Your will. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
