Hosts Jory Proft and Ruby Benson interviewed two members of the Métis culinary community.Chef and culinary consultant Jenni Lessard sat down with Jory to discuss her experiences with land-based and traditional recipes, and Ruby spent the morning with Ginger Auger of Ginger’s Bannock House to learn more about how she took her history and heritage to create her famous bannock donuts.
