Super excited to release episode 4 today with my very special guest, Marcia Rodgers, Managing Director of Tensens.  Marcia’s found herself working in the family business aged 17, initially being recruited to helping her Dad sort out his accounts. From there she was thrown in the deep end of running & navigating a family-owned business before she and husband Ben purchased the business a 12 years later. Marcia has faced and dealt with some incredible challenges as a family business leader, and I am proud to share in this episode how she has met these challenges head on and, along with Ben, created the thriving business Tensens is today.
