In the Bible individuals received miracles, deliverance, all kinds of breakthrough and healing because they placed a demand on who they believed Jesus to be – the Messiah of Israel. Following that example and pattern, every Believer carries a God given anointing consistent with a supernatural outcome including a manifestation of God's power for what the need is at any given time. You and I "place a demand" when we recognize God's Presence in the life of that person and ask / believe God to minister to us, THROUGH them. Certainly, it's not them. It is God.
