Today I have the pleasure of speaking with Isaac Updike! Isaac just qualified for the world championship in Budapest by placing 3rd at the 2023 US championships in the steeplechase and is currently in St. Moritz making sure that he’s in peak fitness for worlds. In this episode we break down his race in the U.S. final, discuss his love for taking things apart and putting them back together, his biggest fall in the steeple and more. In a couple weeks he will head to budapest and represent team USA for the first time!
