Today I’m joined by Mia Barnett! Mai has run for Virginia the past 2 years but recently announced that she is transferring to UCLA for the spring semester and for the remainder of her college career. Mia is a 4:33 miler and placed 44th at the NCAA cross country national meet last year so she is going to be a big asset to UCLA as they try to become a distance running powerhouse.

Throughout this episode Mia discusses why she is transferring, her favorite memories from Virginia, her goals for track, reflects on her cross country season and more!
