Episode Synopsis

Today on the podcast I’m joined by Conner Mantz!

Conner most recently ran the Boston Marathon and is already excited to get back on the roads to try and change a few things up so he can hopefully be battling for the win at the finish next time as he says on this episode. But he raced gutsy and still had an impressive performance finishing 11th overall with a time of 2:10:25. To list just a few of Conner’s accolades he is a two time NCAA cross country champion, a 4 time all American, he holds personal records of 13:11 in the 5k, 27:25 in the 10k, and 2:08:16 for the marathon after just running two marathons. In this episode Conner and I discuss everything from his race and experience at Boston to some exclusive insight into what went into being a back to back cross country champion.
