Episode Synopsis

Today I’m joined by university of Mississippi Athlete Baylor Franklin. Baylor primarily runs the 800 meters and holds a pr of 1:45.65. He finished 6th at the 2023 indoor NCAA championships in the 800 and 4th at outdoor USA’s in 2022 just barely missing out on a world championship team spot. Throughout this episode Baylor and I discuss the NBA playoffs, how his training is going right now, how he handled getting sick at the beginning of the indoor season. what he wants to change from indoor going into outdoor in order to secure an NCAA title and as usual we wrap it up with some would you rather questions.
