In this episode I look back on 2019 which has been my most prolific running year ever and share my favourite 6 races of that 26 that I've taken part in.Each of the six had a particular significance for my running and it was a very hard decision about which races to leave out of that top six because there have been some great races that I've had the privilege to take part in.I also look forward to my race plans for 2020 as the 44 mile challenge in 2021 starts to appear over the horizon.Finally a great big thank you to everyone who has taken part in the show this year.
