This week we’re talking to 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗵𝗺𝗲𝘁, a runner, special education teacher, and current president of the Road Runners Club of America. George has spent his life working to expand understanding, empathy, and inclusion in running and schools. He shares how running has made him a better teacher and what teaching has taught him about running. As the first Asian-American President of the RRCA, George shares what the job entails and how he sees running as a tool to make the world a better, more equitable and inclusive place. George shares how he went from running cross country in high school to doing Ironman triathlons and ultramarathons as an adult.
