Matt Forsman returns to the podcast to share all the highs and lows from his running story! Matt’s run journey started in high school when started running after getting frustrated with soccer and an amazing coach inspired him to believe in his own potential. He’s raced everything from the track to 50-milers, coached runners for over a decade, and founded Sasquatch Racing. Matt is one of the most creative race directors out there who likes to create events that encourage us all to find as much fun in the sport as possible.
