Training and nutrition are very likely number 1. I want to focus on other factors.
Dietary reactivities: Lots of misunderstandings here. Most of us have unique food reactivities that cause obvious reactions. These reactions can slow us down, cause digestive issues, itching, headaches, possibly even weight gain.
Supplements: Caffeine, L-theanine, whey protein (if not reactive), beetroot extract, and potentially creatine. Ashwagandha trial
