Jepsen also discusses his career (2008-2018) as a pro baseball player, coming out of the bullpen for the Angels, Twins, Rays, and Rangers, What are the fitness routines for professional athletes? We chat about staying fit on and off the field, giving motivation to all of us, no matter how athletic we are.
Jepsen and former teammates also created a new outdoor recreation game called CupCheck. As CEO, he explains how you play it, how you can get it, and how it's helping raise awareness about testicular cancer.
