Then, we turn to (5:20) my conversation with business-savvy, workout-loving Pastor Quin Hardnett, a former Army reservist from Georgia who admits to running from the call into ministry at first.

(8:25) Pastor Quin also talks about being disciplined in regards to going to the gym, his experiences running track and in the military. (10:23) We also discuss the effective use of technology, smartphone apps, social media by churches, and for fitness.
