Dr. John Niser, Director of FDU's International School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, who works with the leisure and hospitality industry on ways to recruit and retain workers believes that young adults are looking for organizations where they can grow. They are seeking companies where managers are no longer bosses, but rather mentors. Companies must come to terms with a fundamental shift in how skills are passed on.
