Remember how magical the first snowfall was as a kid?
 The light, sparkly flakes tingling your nose and falling onto your eyelashes. Snow has an enchanting way of stirring within us excitement and nostalgia. And then, we grow up. We come to the reality of what snow means. Shoveling, driving in a blizzard, black ice, and freezing cold temperatures. How did we forget about the beauty we once so easily recognized and knew to love?  
After the first snowfall in late October this year, God showed me something so visual about his character and this episode is a beautiful illustration to remind us of that. My hope is that the next time you see a snowflake, you are reminded of this episode and what I share in the beauty of a snowstorm.
