Listen "The Square Mile as 'Destination City': Reinventing the City of London? With Charlotte Morphet, Chris Hayward and Martha Grekos."
Episode Synopsis
The RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute) London podcast ‘London Calling’ is back for 2022. It’s a podcast focused on planning and built environment issues in the capital.
To kick start our new series, host Charlotte Morphet is joined by the policy chairman of the City of London Corporation, Chris Hayward, and by planning barrister and City councillor, Martha Grekos. They candidly discuss how the pandemic has changed the City of London over the last couple of years and talk through new strategies which the Corporation hope will ‘reinvent’ and re-energise the Square Mile in the near future as part of the 'Destination City' initiative.
Produced and edited by David Maguire.
