It's time to go back to Kanto!!!!! But on the way, trainers are battled on the S.S. Aqua and a mystery is solved, leading Ruby and Shea Locke to gaining a Metal Coat. But once in Kanto, the duo find even more mystery. It seems there is a problem with Kanto's power and while on the one hand it makes getting to Lt. Surge much easier, it also explains why the Mag Train hasn't been running.
