The Congo is a contender for the least lucky country in the world having suffered wars, the Rwandan holocaust,  cholera, ebola and volcanic eruption. But thanks to the humanitarian work of Rotarian Penny Vos, education is now being provided and the colourful buntings made by adults to  raise funds enable the purchase of sewing machines with which they are made.
