this week we are trying something new by switching to the ‘you are’ - ‘i am’ technique 
personally i find this the most effect method for affirming these positive programs into my mind and body for it to be best absorbed and assimilated
but i cant wait to hear what you think so please do let me know
i listen to this track right when i wake up and my brain is still in the theta phase for biggest impact repeat each affirmation out loud whilst sensing into the body
the more resonate the affirmation to you personally the more change you notice, i recommend getting super clear on your values goals and intention and then compiling your own morning affirmations playlist
