Listen "Fight Club: Oh You Mad Part 1 "
Episode Synopsis
One thing I know for sure is that regardless of how emotionally intelligent you are, how prepared you try to be, how peaceably to try to project, you are going to face conflict. The one thing that you can resolve right now is to accept that fact—and know that conflict doesn’t have to always be a bad thing. Conflict is a warning signal for your relationships—that indicate something is going on, something needs to be addressed, and my job is help you cultivate the tools to confront conflict—but not just to confront but come to resolutions that serve you and your relationships well. This is going to take work. It will include self-awareness, social awareness, social management, and self-management in order to produce the results you want to see.
You don’t have to be afraid of the fight—not when you have the tools to win, every single time.
Let explain what I mean, starting in the series Fight Club, tonight’s episode is called, Oh You Mad?
