During the 2023 Producer Roaster Forum, Nick and Ricardo joined a panel with Julia Peixoto of Peixoto Coffee and Lucas Cuadros of Unblended Coffee to discuss the Generational Age Gap that is present among Colombian coffee producers. Together, they explore Julia's experience working closer with her family's farm in Brazil as well as some of the challenges that Colombian coffee producers are facing with a lack of young coffee producers involved at the farm level. With Unblended's work with young coffee producers, the group outlines some solutions that could potentially alleviate these challenges.
