Listen "Ep 28 Gardening: How hard could it be?"
Episode Synopsis
Welcome Back to Nuanced Beauty!
TODAY'S EPISODE
We share what got us in to gardening, or rather who got us started and how the craft took off from there.
We share some of our lessons learned and the hyper individualized (nuanced ;) ) circumstances that need to be taken into consideration as you grow. Many growing stories with trial and error and adjusting expectations, and adapting to FL weather growing versus PNW!
If you want to work on grounding, go cultivate the ground! Legit, gardening is this patient and gradual practice of paying attention to something.
Lastly, I've found an appreciation for eating the food that we've grown. As someone who's struggled with bad eating habits and over-indulgence or obsessive control without a mindful appreciation for what food ACTUALLY is, and how it's cultivated, has stretched my capacity to appreciate what I'm eating sometimes. And I think this awareness holds power to breaking mindless habits.
