When we navigate anything soul-crushing, our coping mechanisms always want to come in and “protect us.” Because at one point, when we lived in “survival mode,” we needed them. But no longer being in survival mode means now feeling our feelings (UGH).
To be honest, I don’t really view this as a “part 2,” but here we are….
In this episode, I share more blindsides that unfortunately took place over the last couple of weeks, and really, the damage and impact I had to get deeply honest with myself about.
More importantly, I had to get honest with God.
Not in a “hyper-spiritual” way (which I definitely tried), but in a brutally honest, “feel my feels,” type of way.
